What's the role?

In this role you'll be responsible for driving specified sales in York and the surrounding areas for our Energy and Industry customers.

What does the role involve?

You'll be working with owners, EPCs and in-house specifiers to win standards & ensure sales capture for solutions including anchors, fastening on steel and firestop. You'll work closely with the customers to get to know and understand their organizational structure and
decision-making structure in order to build a pipeline of leads& opportunities, based on their needs. You'll then liaise closely with the sales force to communicate these leads.

You will provide your designated accounts with sales support and technical assistance to secure specifications of Hilti products. No two days will be the same - you'll could be working on-site one day and then working with the design team in the office the next. You'll need to plan and prioritise your day to ensure optimum use of time and cost, so good organisational skills will be needed.

  • Engineering degree (Civil/Structural/Mechanical)
  • Ability to learn Hilti applications & account development process
