What's the role?
The role of Services & Software Sales Specialist is to cover the area of South West London and surrounding areas.

We combine a powerful software with excellent products and rely on our dedicated field forces to provide customers impeccable associated implementation, training and help services.
As part of our team, you will be supporting the sales of our services & software to our focus customers.

What does the role involve?
Pipeline & Sales:
-Work closely with the sales team to drive our services & software solutions and ensure a solid pipeline across all territories
-Work closely with the Area Sales Managers to ensure high levels of sales and team engagement
-Ensure all leads are followed up and fed into the pipeline
-Facilitate closing of services & software contracts with focus customers
Delivery of Services:
-Partner with the Area Sales Managers and Sales teams to take them through the entire solution selling journey
-Deliver quality consultative services (onsite analyses) with the objective of uncovering productivity levers and position our relevant products, software & services
-Coach & develop sales teams in the field to generate leads for services & software
-Maximize chargeable time by selling services & ensuring proper billing
-Support launch of new products and features to team members and customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality
-Work closely with the implementation & care manager to ensure contracts are delivered according to customer expectations

Why should you apply?

What you need is:
- -Willingness to travel of up to 60% within a geographical area and to our GB head office
- -Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- -Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft office suite
- -Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
- -Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing and Sales partnering Senior management
- -Proven sales background and negotiation skills are a must
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
