What's the role?
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our technical sales team in the UK. You will be working within our Government sales team.
Knowledge of passive fire protection products would be beneficial as well as experience in Business Development.
But this is no ordinary sales job, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture. These roles are open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.

What does the role involve?
As a sales specialist, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses.
- Professional field sales and high level customer consultation in territories nationwide
- Developing existing as well as establishing new customer relationships
- Providing efficient solutions and technical support to offices and building sites backed by our innovative range of products and services
- Introduction of new products and representation of the Hilti brand in the market place
- Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products and solutions using a fully equipped, branded vehicle

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or proven sales experience in a B2B role
- Experience within the construction and Government industry is desirable, but not essential
- Commercial mindset with strong customer service approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energy, courage, commitment and a high learning agility

Once you're in the formal process, there are three stages – a first interview with a Regional Manager, a day-in-the-life 'field ride' to give you a real feel for the job and a final interview with a Sales Director. We'll also pay your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
