Purchase to Pay Assistant
What's the role?
The role of Purchase to Pay Assistant will work within our award winning Finance Shared Services team in Manchester which is our Northern Europe Hub Office.

What does the role involve?
Clear and efficient accounts payables process in the Northern Europe hub and the Great Britain market
Lean and consistent travel & expenses process
Consistent and correct financial bookings, including accrual postings, prepayments, Cross charging
Internal controls, esp. order and invoice approvals
Consistent filing of invoices

What you need is:
- Qualified finance professional with solid Accounts Payable knowledge
- Good IT Skills - excellent SAP skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with good communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
