Pricing Business Partner
What's the role?
We're looking for a Pricing Business Partner to join the team in our Northern Europe headquarters in Manchester.
In this role you'll manage and support seamless pricing processes for a specified market and establish commercial excellence in pricing for the sales force to drive profitable growth across the region.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will develop, operate, steer and maintain pricing processes across the region, specifically supporting one of our markets in areas including; list price changes, Business Review Process, changes in price engine and assisting in new product launches. You will roll-out, operate and maintain pricing tools and will support in rolling out commercial excellence topics, such as agreement and overwrite management, business reviews and will have an active role in training the salesforce to ensure pricing competency.
You will also actively identify and seek opportunities to optimize and implement standard pricing processes in order to increase effectiveness, efficiency and business results, and will maintain and further develop documentation of these processes.
You will also provide transparency on pricing with analytics to a wide range of stakeholders across the region, acting as a business partner to the market leadership team, sales force, product management, finance and IT etc. at both local and global levels.

We're currently working from home but later in 2021 will move to new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we will be located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. We'll offer a hybrid working pattern between the office and home and different ways to work flexibly so please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.

What you need is:
- Good business acumen, with an understanding of business and pricing processes
- Excellent analytical skills and to be comfortable working with large data sets in Excel – (knowledge of SQL, Access beneficial)
- Good moderation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels throughout the business
- The ability to translate complex topics/data and present in a simple, easy to understand manner to a range of stakeholders
- Positive attitude with strong team work ethic
