Key Project Engineer - Hinkley Point
What's the role?
We’re looking for customer-focused Key Project Engineer to be based near Taunton to kick start their careers in a rewarding, high-performing, international company.
As a Key Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support and coverage to both consulting engineers and contractors, to secure specifications and provide a valuable engineering service on one of the largest projects in Great Britain.

What does the role involve?
As a Key Project Engineer, you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of specific products.
You’ll pro-actively develop business opportunities from Hinkley Point – one of the largest and exciting new construction projects in Great Britain. This would be achieved through the development and conversion of specifications developed by consultants and contractors associated with this project. You will also provide valuable engineering service support and leadership to the Hilti sales force by providing technical support and training to internal and external customers – both onsite and in the office. You will also support the quality control and risk avoidance function of the Hilti technical team in a professional manner.

What you need is:
- A graduate degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience in the construction industry (onsite or in design office)
- Strong communication skills
