Junior Lean Manager
What's the role?
As the Junior Lean Manager you will work cross functionally across Hilti’s Northern Europe organization, contributing to the development, implementation and harmonisation of Lean in a Region.

What does the role involve?
You will actively support new behaviour to drive LEAN to the next level, being a change agent, driving and coaching the business on LEAN projects along the Value Chain (focusing on cross functional Value Stream projects) with strong business impacts on global level KPI improvements.
You will develop and align LEAN roadmaps with line Management, ensuring the implementation of agreed targets and roadmaps according to our LEAN program. Monitoring, auditing and tracking the delivery of LEAN across the value stream to continuously improve processes and performance you will embed best-practices and process standards whilst developing new LEAN tools and trigger implementation.

What you need is:
- Broad and proven experience in LEAN across various functions
- Strong expertise in implementing LEAN methods (e.g. SFM, 5S, Value Stream Analysis, Standard work, etc.)
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Sound project and business process management experience
- Lean qualification (six sigma greenbelt, LCS accreditation) would be advantageous
