Hub Performance Controller
What's the role?
We are looking for a motivated professional or Graduate with a focus and interest in finance and data analytics are keys to this entry level position.
We expect you to be a curious, pro-active team worker that is service oriented and likes to work together with different stakeholders (e.g. finance, marketing, sales, logistics). You have proven track of relevant internships or first working experience and are willing to develop further into reporting and controlling.
A first experience with SAP (e.g. SAP BW/BI) will be of an advantage.
Northern Europe operates covering Great Britain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The aim of the hub is to achieve operational excellence and set the strategic direction for the region, including identifying and taking advantage of synergy opportunities within the countries.

What does the role involve?
Execute on time and develop further all required reporting activities for region Northern Europe and its sales organisations (overall reporting approach will cover standard reports, ad-hoc reporting, web-query platform and end user training)
Creating business specific transparency of financial results and business performance e.g Marketing Org / Sales Org.
Contribution towards performance management and lead smaller improvement projects for the region
Business partner in controlling/reporting function with the wider stakeholder group across finance and the business
SAP-BI super user & support system integration projects such as BEX7 and SAP Business Objects
Support in the roll out of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud reporting
Support the global shared leadership approach
Act as country specific ambassador for a location within Northern Europe, including stakeholder visits and ongoing remote support.

What you need is:
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance, business or economics
- Experience in similar positions
- Good finance/business knowledge
- Very strong MS-Excel and presentation skills
- Solid SAP R3 and SAP-BI knowledge / Power BI desirable
- Database skills (e.g. MS Access, SQL) of advantage
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about providing value added data to the business
