What does the role involve?
The primary role of the Global Engineer is to partner with the Top specifier offices, pro-actively developing specifications and securing Hilti technical solutions on Mega / Tier 1 construction projects by working directly with their consultant engineers and designers.
The Global Engineer will focus on selected Top specifiers within a discrete geographical territory and will aim to maximise Hilti’s specification potential by providing a high standard of engineering service to consultants and by working closely with in-house design teams of key contractors.
Additionally, the role will include strategic support to select top buying customers for engineering topics.

What you need is:
- Graduate degree in Civil / Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience in the construction industry (on site or design office
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels within an organisation.
- Sales experience with an understanding of the account management process is desirable.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) user
- Full and clean manual driving license
- Be prepared to travel on business throughout the UK
- To live around the West Midlands or Bristol area
