Financial Controller - based in Copenhagen

You will take a key role within our organization as a business partner for the Finance & Operations Director and the Danish leadership team. What does the role involve?
Within the finance department in Denmark you will be the right hand of the Finance & Operations Director with broad key responsibilities ranging from forecasting, cost allocation & control, internal controls, month-end closing of management statement and balance sheet reviews, margin and customer profitability analysis, ad hoc business analysis and preparation of management presentations. You will also be involved in procurement projects, assist with tax & treasury topics and be a contact person for external auditors and Danish statistic request.
You will closely work with the Danish management team and the Northern Europe Controlling team located in Manchester.

What you need is:
- A master degree in Finance / Economics/ Accounting / Business Administration/ International Management
- Experience in a multinational company, working in controlling, cost accounting or as a business analyst
- Strong and target-oriented communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English. Danish is an advantage for this role, but not a requirement
- A passion for numbers and strong analytical mindset is needed to succeed in this position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP business warehouse (BOA) or other reporting systems are an advantage
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
