E1 Project Business Materials Manager
What's the role?
As the Project Business Materials Manager (Northern Europe) you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for key projects within Northern Europe. You will provide a single point of contact for Sales, Marketing & Logistics across multiple Business Units to ensure customer order fulfilment. Manage the Sales & Operations planning process for large projects in Northern Europe.

What does the role involve?
As the Project Business Materials Manager you will partner strategic sales teams within Northern Europe to understand their current and future project needs and coordination of large orders. You will focus on early and pro-active engagement with the Large Order Directive Process, optimising total logistic costs by utilising the full supply chain network to deliver increased margins.
You will take full ownership of Sales & Operations Planning process for regional project business including the management of project stock within Northern Europe Central Warehouse’s to ensure that service and inventory targets are met. Communicate conclusions following Sales Forecast meetings to stakeholders and follow up on key actions and support Local Logistic teams within Northern Europe for projects and large order fulfilment.
Focusing on proactive continuous improvement utilizing LEAN initiatives for project business and large order coordination.

What you need is:
- Technical or Business University Degree, Masters preferred
- SAP / APO Planning system experience essential
- Previous Materials Management, Logistics, Demand or Supply Chain Planning experience
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management
- Committed, logical thinker with a high attention to detail
- Second language an advantage but not essential (In particular Swedish, Danish or Finnish)
- Internationally mobile for future career opportunities.
