What does the role involve?
As the Digital Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you will disrupt the business, challenge the status quo, manage change, deliver innovation and impact and manage and influence senior stakeholders and global platform teams to support your disruption. Supported by our Digital Marketing BI Analyst, you will deliver insight and report on, whilst optimising budgets and agency partnerships.
You will define and deliver the strategy to substantially grow the application and impact of Digital Marketing, setting ambitious targets and inspiring a team of seven digital channel specialists. Establishing a culture of collaboration, performance and innovation, you will steer, coach, develop and evolve your team.

Our Head Office is currently based next to Old Trafford but in early 2021 we will move to state of the art new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester. We will continue to offer free parking for employees and will be located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop.

What you need is:
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce as a team lead.
- Technical and operational experience of Analytics, eCommerce, Search, Email, Social, Influencer, Online PR, Marketing Automation and Content Marketing.
- Experience in managing digital platform developments and user experience design.
- Experience working in global, omni-channel, direct sales organisation (B2B or B2C)
- Potential to become part of the Senior Leadership Team
