Customer Service Representative
What's the role?
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Manchester. In the role you will resolve inbound customer queries, offering solutions and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role involves working a varied shift pattern between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Shifts are: 8am - 4pm, 8.30am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5pm, 9.30am - 5.30pm or 10am - 6pm.
Interviews will be held remotely prior to a start date later this year.

What does the role involve?
To process all calls (inbound and outbound) from internal and external customers, in an efficient and professional manner
To achieve objectives by building orders and range selling by using a suggestive selling approach to solve customer problems and requirements.
To support field based personnel by providing sales leads and accurate messages
To maintain and achieve tasks as identified by management, in such areas as admin, sales, productivity and quality
To show reliability and commitment to the role and display good use of initiative and positive attitude.
To deal with complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Update SAP system to ensure accurate contact data at all times

Our Head Office is currently based next to Old Trafford but in early 2021 we will move to state of the art new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester. We will continue to offer free parking for employees and will be located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop.

What you need is:
- Strong customer service skills
- SAP, MS Office and Internet proficiency
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels
- Previous call-centre experience would be preferable
