Credit Controller - 12 Month Maternity Contract
What's the role?
We're looking for a Credit Controller/Credit & Collection Specialist to join our high-performing Finance team in our Manchester Head Office on a 12 Month Maternity Contract. This is no ordinary credit controller position role as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will assist in controlling the level of debt on a divisional ledger by maximising cash collection from the accounts. You will take action on unapplied receipts and general maintenance of customer accounts.
You'll also be responsible for identifying, actioning and resolving customers queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will process all high volume collection calls (inbound and outbound) from customers and field based personnel in an efficient and professional manner

Our Head Office is currently based next to Old Trafford but in early 2021 we will move to state of the art new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester. We will continue to offer free parking for employees and will be located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop.

What you need is:
- Successful Credit Control experience (achieving targets) in a busy business to business environment
- Highly developed time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- IT knowledge in MS Office and SAP S/4 Hana
- Self-motivated team player with ability to work under own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A conscientious, self-motivated and customer focused person with a positive attitude.
