What's the role?
We're looking to a motivated and proactive person to drive sales within the UK nuclear sector, through market sensing, best practices and creation of opportunities.
The role is field based, and candidates will need to be situated in Bristol or the surrounding areas.
Who is Hilti?
Unless you work in construction, you probably haven't heard of us. We're a hidden gem.
We provide leading-edge tools, technologies, software and services for the professional construction sector. Our customers are loyal and enthusiastic about us. So are our people.
We regularly win Great Place to Work awards globally and are very proud to have been placed on the Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list in the UK by our employees for the past 10 years.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will be responsible for owning and steering account development plans to engage selected owners/EPCs to drive sales within the UK nuclear sector. You'll work closely with them to build a pipeline of opportunities, based on specific needs and will then communicate these to the sales teams. You'll need to establish and build relationships with influencers and decision-makers and have them understand the full Hilti value proposition, delivering high level system selling.
You'll create value for the organisation by guiding sales through the conversion of specifications and standards needed for success and will guide others to capture Owner/EPC driven sales at contractor/site level through processes and information flow; working closely with the sales and engineering teams, you'll work with our SalesForce system, to provide leads.
