Accounts Receivable Specialist
What's the role?
We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist to work within our Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable department in the Northern Europe Finance Shared Services team.

What does the role involve?
Operate established cash and bank management processes as part of a financial shared service across the Northern European Region & The Middle East.
Make consistent and correct financial bookings of bank statements including payments and receipts
Operate internal controls, particularly over supplier payment runs, credit card processing and billing.
Preparation of fleet finance reconciliations.
Assist in coaching more junior team members in daily operational tasks to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Support in testing of ERP enhancements/bug fixes.
Support ad-hoc projects as required

What you need is:
- Educational achievement at degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience with transferable skills in sales order processing and continuous improvement.
- Experience of supporting implementation of new software or processes
- Full working knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- SAP knowledge an advantage
